How to enter student sensitive information
In the Student Information section, you can view:
- Provided support measures
- General/other information
Information about the provided support measure can be entered in the Support Measures module.
General information about the student can be entered in the Agenda Online.
This can be done by an administrator or a homeroom teacher for students in their class.
In the Agenda Online, select Other/Student Information and click on New.
If you have administrative rights, select the class and student.
If you are a homeroom teacher, select a student from your class for whom you want to enter the information:
Enter a note, choose its visibility, and set the date until which the note should be displayed and when it should be deleted. Save the changes.
Teachers will then be alerted to the student's note by an icon:
General information about the student can also be entered via the mobile application.
