Return payments - How to enter the account for refund

The bank account information is set up by:

1. Users/parents

Parents can set up the bank account information direct in their parent account: How a user sets up a bank account information for return money payments

2. Automatically by the system - in case that school imports the payments from bank statement

The system saves the bank account information from which was the last payment received and assigned.

In case that the school receives payments from some institutions (e.g. post office, sports club) there is need to set up also non-refundable accounts to avoid the situation that money will be refunded to the wrong account (e.g. to the bank account of post office instead to the bank account of parents).

3. Employee

You can set up the user´s bank account information in the section Users:

a. via import from excel - you need to have prepared the excel sheet with the list of user´s names and their bank account information (CTRL+C and CTRL+V all data with headers).
