How to adjust the layout of the application form
To access the electronic application settings, go to "Start/Special pages/Application - Administration.
Select "Settings".
Some fields in the application form are optional. In the Settings section you can indicate if they should display in the application form.
Tick the fields you wish to display in your application form.
Some fields have subsequent actions. If an optional field "Number of siblings" has been selected, and the applicant states a number higher than 0, respective follow-up fields display. In those fields the applicant can state the order of siblings by birth date, their names and classes they attend.
If the school wishes to collect other than the predefined information, tick the "Show special fields defined by school on the application" box. Up to 7 special fields can be defined.
Type in the name of the field and its type. You can select from 4 different types of fields:
- simple text - the applicants can type in any text
 - select mode - the applicant selects from 2 or more given options (separate the individual options by a semicolon)
 - tick box - the applicant can either tick the box, or not
 - file

In the simple text, select mode and file fields the maximum question length is 30 characters. In the tick box field the maximum question length is 200 characters. The limit is set due to the layout of the application form.
It is possible to adjust personal data collection agreement, also. Either select from the predefined ones, or define your own text.
Save your settings.
