Teacher - Creating a cash collection in the mobile application

A class teacher can easily create and manage a cash collections for different purposes (e.g. photo shooting, workbooks, excursion, trips, etc.). Parents will receive notification about new cash collection and they can send money to the school by student.

Creating a teacher´s collection in mobile application is fast and simple. The teacher works in his/her teacher´s EduPage account in the module Payments and follows the steps:

Teacher can easily mark the students who have paid already directly in the mobile app. As soon as all students pay the collection will be displayed as finished.

How the teacher´s collection seen by the parent in mobile app

As soon as the collection is created the parent receives the notification about new fee. Parent has information what, how much and until when to pay and sends money to school. As the teacher confirms the payment in app/web parent will see the fee as paid.
