Teacher - how to create a parent-teacher meeting
The teacher and the administrator can create teacher-parent meetings in EduPage.
Select the "Communication" section, the "Parent-teacher meetings" part.
To create new teacher-parent meeting, press red + button in bottom right corner.
In the Parent-teacher meetings window: select the date of the meeting, duration of one consultation in minutes and room/place, where consultation takes place.
It is possible to restrict parents' booking before and after a certain date.
Attention: The parents register for a consultation with the teacher electronically. The Parent-teacher meetings module is only accessible from EduPage parents' account. Students have no access to Parent-teacher meetings.
Teacher - parents' accounts
Let the parents know. Send them a notification about the parent-teacher meeting and the possibility to book a consultation electronically.
The teachers can book a consultation for parents they wish to talk to and send them a notification.
The teacher can print an overview of consultations before the parent-teacher meeting.
